- Listing information dealers upload: vehicle details, photos, pricing, and inventory data.
- Activity information: listings you view, swipe, or express interest in, and messages exchanged with dealers through our platform.
- Consent records: a timestamped log of when you opted in to SMS messaging, with associated IP address and user agent.
- Technical information: browser type, device, IP address, and basic usage analytics.
How We Use Your Information
- To create and operate your account.
- To send opted-in buyers transactional account, marketplace, and dealer-conversation notifications.
- To send opted-in dealership staff transactional lead, favorite, and buyer-message notifications tied to their listings.
- To deliver in-app messages between buyers and dealers.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- With dealers you express interest in: when you "swipe right" on a listing, we share your name and phone number with that dealer so they can contact you about the vehicle.
- Service providers who operate our infrastructure (hosting, SMS delivery, payment processing). These providers are contractually limited to using your data only to perform services for us.
- Legal compliance: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of POWERSPORTSWIPE, our users, or the public.
SMS opt-in data and mobile phone numbers are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer phone numbers or SMS opt-in records to any third party for marketing, lead generation, or affiliate marketing.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
SMS Messaging Program — Consent, Opt-Out, and Help
POWERSPORTSWIPE operates an optional SMS program for transactional account, marketplace, lead, favorite, and conversation notifications. Participation is strictly opt-in.
- Opt-in: Buyers may affirmatively check an optional, unchecked-by-default consent checkbox during signup. Dealership staff opt in separately for each lead-delivery number under My Profile. Consent is not a condition of account creation or purchase. No SMS is sent to a number without a recorded opt-in.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any POWERSPORTSWIPE SMS message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. Re-subscribe by replying START.
- Help: Reply HELP or INFO to any POWERSPORTSWIPE SMS message for support contact information, or email admin@powersportswipe.com.
- Message frequency: Frequency varies with account and marketplace activity. Dealer notifications are triggered by buyer interest, favorites, and active conversations tied to the dealer's listings.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data Security & Retention
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls. We retain account information for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and associated data in the app or at powersportswipe.com/delete-account. Consent records and opt-out records are retained for a minimum of four (4) years to comply with telecommunications regulations.
Your Choices
- SMS opt-out: reply STOP to any POWERSPORTSWIPE SMS message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.
- SMS help: reply HELP to any POWERSPORTSWIPE SMS message for support information.
- Account deletion: use the Delete Account option in the app or visit powersportswipe.com/delete-account. If you cannot access your account, email us from the address associated with it.
- Access and correction: you can update most account information directly in the app.
