Dealership staff opt in separately for each lead-delivery number under My Profile. Consent is not a condition of account creation or purchase. Each opt-in is recorded with the disclosure shown and available audit details.
Message frequency: Frequency varies with account and marketplace activity. Dealer notifications are triggered by buyer interest, favorites, and active conversations tied to the dealer's listings.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opt-out: Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any POWERSPORTSWIPE SMS message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. To re-subscribe, reply START.

All transactions are between the buyer and the dealer directly. We make no warranty regarding the condition, legality, or accuracy of any listing. Buyers are responsible for inspecting vehicles and verifying ownership before any transaction.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, POWERSPORTSWIPE LLC and Swipe Media Group are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
